Health and Hospitals Productivity Program

The Health and Hospitals Productivity Program is a joint partnership in progress between labor and management.

Six municipal hospitals currently participate in the HHC Productivity Program: Bellevue Hospital Center, Jacobi Hospital Center, Elmhurst Medical Center, Queens Hospital Center, Woodhull Hospital Center and Metropolitan Hospital.

HHC Productivity Program Committees

• Recommend programs that ensure and facilitate increased productivity and improve staff morale.
• Communicate between labor and management to enhance the serving of patients.
• Provide motivation and educational experiences to support personal growth and awareness, thereby enhancing productivity.

The HHC Productivity Program Committees meet twice monthly. The ad hoc committees meet upon request.
