Advanced Grievance Handling/Arbitration
This course prepares Stewards, members who are on union release time and other activists by emphasizing the critical nature of embracing the grievance process from the outset, understanding the case may end up in arbitration. highlights include exposing the participant to different types of evidence, the due diligence required for witness preparation, and understanding who arbitrators are.
*Pre-Requisite: General Shop Steward Course.
