DC 37 Contracts and Collective Bargaining
Your wages, hours, working conditions and fringe benefits are governed by collective bargaining contracts negotiated between DC 37 and the City of New York. DC 37 bargaining committees discuss and plan bargaining priorities and stretegies. Then, we negotiate with management to achieve new contract settlements.
