This 3-4 month program will train members to learn skills and techniques for venipuncture, skin puncture, body fluid collection, specimen processing, laboratory testing, collection of vital signs, performance of EKGs, and stress tests. All classes are offered in conjunction with Hostos Community College. The classroom portion of the program will be held online while the clinical portion will be held in person at Hostos’ campus in the Bronx.

Applicants must have a High School Diploma or GED and a valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant to attend the course at Hostos.
