Housing seminar draws full house
DC 37’s Affordable Housing Seminar is one of the most popular evenings at the union.
Representatives from Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Valley National Bank and HSBC offered their services to help members who are thinking about purchasing a home. “We always get a good response when we come to DC 37,” said Carlos Morales, a home loan consultant from Valley National Bank.
“Interest rates are very low right now, so this is a great time to buy that apartment or house,” said the DC 37 Housing Committee Chair and Local 2627 President Robert Ajaye at the Feb. 22 seminar.
