Statement from Labor Strong 2021 on City Council Speaker’s race

NEW YORK—The Labor Strong 2021 Coalition, including 32BJ SEIU, DC 37, CWA District 1, and NYSNA released the following statement regarding the New York City Council Speaker’s Race:

She is hard-working, well-liked, and has the proven ability to unite the council behind a worker-led recovery from COVID-19.
